Asem - Asem Daun Kedondong

250 gr of chopped Chicken
6 lbr kedondong leaf cut small
1 stalk Lemongrass, bruised and white taken
3 cm galangal, bruised
1 pcs bay leaf
2 pcs Orange leaf
1½ tsp salt
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
4 cloves Garlic, thinly sliced
6 large green chilies, chopped into chunks
3 tbsp Kecap Manis Sukasari
How To Make :
  • Boiled chicken half-cooked, stir in Lemongrass, galangal, ginger, greeting David, lime leaves, garlic, onion, chilli, salt, stew to boil
  • After boiling, Cook the leaves kedondong enter until done
  • Remove and serve
